Think about this: Dec 2008, RWD claim that Fern will be completed by Nov 2009. 10 months later, they revise the schedule and say that the project will be completed by May 2010. And then in June 2010, they say it will be done in Feb 2011. So is that over now? No. Only 95% is over, and no idea of how long that 5% will take. Check the RWD post forwarded by one of the readers to me:
Lets hope that RWD will take another 6 months time to complete this 5%

I sometimes think if i have made mistake by buying house here at PALM ...... quality of my house is very bad. Whenever I try to reach out to the customer care or marketing people who sold the house to me....I get no response.
I'm thinking of legal options... just wondering if it is worth the time. If anyone has take legal steps to deal with RWD people …please advise me. Thanks
I understand that many people from PALM have already taken legal action against RWD. It will be great if i can get some help from them.

Hi.. Many thanks for helping out with the information. I recently had a look at the Apartments constructed at Kelambakkam (ELYSIUM) and it was 80% completed and they have promised to handover the key by August 2012 for 1 and 2 Floors and rest by this year end. I had enquired about the information provided at the blog and they agreed to most of the statements stating that it was there first residential project(PALM) and they have corrected there mistakes now and now have got 5 star ratings from Crisal. Also I directly went to have a look at Palm and checked with owners of the flats and they told that they have faced problems like Water Seepages and Air cracks. Please advice, if I still can go ahead and book the flat. Your kindly help is much appreciated.
